Garlic Butter Prawns Bisque Recipe in Singapore Cooking Book

1) Fry a huge chunk of butter in a hot pan at 80 degrees
2)Until boiling, add a lot of garlic. I mean ALOT
3) when the fragrance of the pan seared garlic is fresh and crisp and garlic turning light brown, add the prawns. Preferably as big as possible if you're a prawn lover 
4) for garlic butter prawns, after prawns turn red from gray, it is ready to serve. Best served in your beautiful pan which is used to cook the prawns for ever lingering taste. 
5) for bisque, add water. Best served with parsley and pre-prepared toasted bread slices for dipping. Italian style

Married 2015


Dated my angmoh boyfriend for 2 years now. And he proposed last week. 23 June 2015. Ok, it was 22 June but I said ok on 23. He's asked me to marry him. And will come with the ring soon. This is engagement and we will have official wedding only later 

My next few posts will have a common topic. I am going to compile top #100 bad things about doing long distant relationships 
 
#1 bad thing : eating alone 99% of time time. He comes to see me only 1/30 days in a year. 12/365 days=3%. Ok I eat alone 97% of the time to be exact.

Soulmates

Dear God

Please let me find my soulmate, to be with him for the rest of my living life and after, to have someone to spend our lives together through all thick and thin, to get married to him soon, to have our precious children together. To be inspiration to each other and support, so life will be much easier to get through with him by my side. Let us love each other, one and only, and fall in love all over again every minute of the years and take care of each other for the rest of our lives.
